Started in 2021, Cauden was born from Jean-Christophe’s idea, driven by a deep desire to transform the ground into a land of the future, to build from scratch, to dig to reveal the hidden potential of the places. A project founded on the strength of well-done work and the pride of taking part in something concrete, sustainable, and essential.
Three years of excavation and hard work later, Cauden is taking a new leap. With Samuel joining as General Manager and co-owner, the company is expanding its horizons by entering the renovation sector. This evolution comes with a new logo, a restructuring of services, and the renaming from Cauden Excavation to simply Cauden, reflecting our broader ambition and renewed commitment to excellence.

Jean-Christophe is the Operations Director and founder of our company. Guided by a clear vision and a deep passion for the construction field, he has built a strong team and sustainable projects. With his expertise and commitment, he ensures that every site meets the highest quality standards while maintaining a human and collaborative approach with clients, partners, and employees.
Samuel Bédard-Roy
Samuel holds the position of General Manager and plays a key role in the strategic development of the company. Arriving three years after its creation, he quickly established himself as a pillar of management thanks to his rigor, big-picture vision, and organizational skills. His strong leadership and constant pursuit of excellence contribute every day to the company’s growth while maintaining trusting relationships with clients and partners.
